can i wait and watch when my pet is being groomed?
Usually pets will not be co-operative with the groomer, if the owners are around them. Hence we do not allow the owners to be present during the grooming session. We do have a lovely waiting room for you with wi-fi , drinking water and some sweet savouries for you. There is also a lot of reading material to keep you busy.
how do you ensure my pet is safe at the grooming parlour?
Choosing the right grooming parlour with pet lovers who are experienced professionals, plays the most important role. This will ensure the safety of your pets. Pets are our priority. We treat your pet the same way we would love ours to be treated.

No we do not use drying cages or any automated grooming methods of grooming. We groom and dry them pets personally with the finest, safe and pet-friendly equipment .

We recommend pets should be groomed once in 30 days to keep them hygienic and healthy.
do i need to bring anything along with my pet?
No, it is not necessary to bring anything along with your pet for their grooming .
My dog is old, can it be groomed?
Yes, old dogs can be groomed depending on their health and overall condition. We take all precautions ensuring his comfort and safety at all times.
My dog is aggressive . can I bring it to the Spa?
It is possible to groom them depending on the level of aggression and only if they can be handled or restrained during the session. This will be necessary for the safety of the pets and the professional groomer.
